VINYASA 

Often called flow yoga, is a dynamic style that links postures in a seamless flow, coordinating  breath with movement. These classes feature a diverse range of poses that engage the muscles, improving flexibility and balance while allowing you to connect with yourself and stay present in the moment. Our classes are beginner to intermediate, so you don't need to have practiced yoga before.

YIN YOGA

Yin is designed to help you relax and release stress. Mostly floor postures, Yin targets connective tissues and deep fascia through holding poses for 3-5 minutes using gravity, body weight and time to apply tension into the areas and allowing your muscles to fully relax. Yin is a perfect balance to the more intense Yang styles. Ideal for active individuals like sailors, runners and cyclists, but best of all, it’s suitable for everyone, including beginners!
